You may choose any offerings from our online store to be picked up (at no added cost) or delivered for an additional flat fee within a 5 mile radius of our storefront located at 619 Lyon Street.
If you are in need of a same-day custom floral arrangement or have a special request, please give us a call at (616)370-4282. Please inquire directly about addresses outside of our delivery range.
Please be respectful of the time it takes to prepare your wrapped bouquet or arrangement. Once you receive a text confirmation that your flowers are ready, you are welcome to come to collect them!
Running late or unable to pickup when you thought you could? No problem, please just call the shop to let us know. However, all flower orders must be picked up within 2 days of confirmation.
If you need everything prepared for a specific time, please leave us a note when placing your order. Although we cannot guarantee exact time frames, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We generally require an order to be placed 24 hours in advance. Pickup orders are available at our storefront during normal business hours.
When can you expect a delivery to take place? All deliveries will be made between 9am-5pm only Wednesday through Friday; with the exception of holidays, in which deliveries may be delayed into the evening hours. If you are hopeful to have a delivery made for a certain time or if you’d like us to deliver to a local business, please specify what time would be best for delivery when you place your order with us and we will coordinate our efforts the best we can to accommodate.
Delivering to an apartment complex or hospital room? Please provide all adequate information to ensure we are able to make our delivery to your recipient as seamless as possible. This means: necessary codes, information about loading, floors, unit or room number. If possible, our driver will leave flowers with a receptionist, concierge, or front desk who can pass them along to the recipient on our behalf.
What happens if there’s an issue with a delivery? If it seems as though no one is home to receive the flowers, your driver will attempt to notify the recipient via text or phone call. If they do not receive a response from the recipient and the weather is permissible, the driver may choose to leave flowers in a safe area by the door. In the instance that they do not receive a response from the recipient and the weather is not safe for flowers to be left outside, or if an address provided is incorrect, the driver will return the flowers to the shop for a redelivery. A 50% charge of the original delivery cost will be charged for a redelivery which will in turn, take place the following day.
