A Healing Evening with the Root Chakra, Red Flowers & Altar Building
You're invited to an introduction to chakra therapy hosted by our dear friend Nicki on February 15th, from 6-7pm, here at Hyssop.
During this brief class, Nicki will guide you through the concept of chakra therapy. She'll focus on the understanding that everything in the universe – including our chakras (the energy centers in our bodies) – has a unique frequency. By understanding and adjusting these frequencies, we can bring balance and harmony to our chakras and promote overall well-being.
To complement the class, Hyssop will provide each attendee with warm tea and a wrapped posy bouquet of red flowers. The color Red, which corresponds to the root chakra, will be the primary focus throughout the class. You can take these flowers home to enjoy as part of a personal altar or intentional space – a beautiful reminder to stay grounded.
A typical chakra therapy session with Nicki begins with a discussion of your individual needs, followed by a guided meditation focused on opening and balancing each of the seven chakras. The session concludes with a guided meditation to gently close the chakras. If you feel drawn to this practice or are simply curious, please feel free to visit with her after the class to sign up for a 1:1 session.
